Little Byfield is one of two apartments within a large detached house, each with their own private entrance, private enclosed gardens and car parking. Located in the exclusive Yarmar Estate, Thurlestone, Little Byfield is a 5 minute walk to the beach and less to the village centre with shop and dog friendly pub. Yet, situated on a private road, it is a quiet location with breathtaking views. Little Byfield has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6; 1 king, 2 superking/twin ); and generous living space. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to eat in and has an outside eating area for sunny days. Large living room, unlimited wifi, DVDs to borrow. A real home from home. Little Byfield has unrestricted panoramic sea views over Thurlestone Rock and Bolt Tail with dual aspect windows in the living room.

We have a fully interactive accurate availability calendar. If you select the start date you are interested in, it will show prices for different stay duration options. It will also then take you through the booking process if you wish to go ahead and book. We take payment through our payment partner, WorldPay and accept debit cards, VISA and Mastercard. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, glorious sea views to the south and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a zip link superking bed which can also be set as 2 twin beds. It also has a fabulous sea view. The third bedroom has a zip link superking bed which can also be set as 2 twin beds.
The living room has plenty of comfy seating; dual aspect windows giving glorious sea views and light. 48” smart TV and DVD player. With unlimited broadband, you can stream your favourite movie or borrow one of our DVDs. We also provide books and games for an evening in by the open fire.
Little Byfield has a large very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, double oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is lots and lots of crockery and pots and pans, so you can cook up a fabulous meal. Alternatively, the Village Inn is only a few minutes walk away! There is a separate dining room. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath and also a washing machine.
Bedding, linen and towels (bath, hand towels, bath mat & tea towels) are provided (excluding beach towels and travel cot bedding). Change of linen and clean can be provided on request for stays longer than one week
Little Byfield has two private fully enclosed gardens to enjoy, both of which are sunny with partial sea views. There upper garden is mainly patio with mature borders. It has a lovely outdoor sofa and loungers as well as table and chairs and a stand for disposable BBQs. The lower garden has lots of lawn and mature shrubs to enjoy. There is also a family of wild rabbits which provides hours of interesting scents for the dogs to enjoy! Parking on the drive for up to 2 cars.
Dog Rules
We welcome dogs. We allow unlimited dogs and love every breed! We allow dogs in one of the bedrooms (with superking bed and sea view) and on the furniture. We provide a doggie welcome pack which includes the use of a doggie towel and throws as well as some treats! Just let us know you are bringing dogs at time of booking please or you will miss out on your goodie pack.
